Why is my order still pending?

Every morning, Pharmacy Marketplace's team contacts each wholesaler to investigate any pending orders submitted before the prior business day's cutoff time. We typically contact pharmacies regarding order delays and update any incorrect statuses by noon EST. 

An order's status remains "pending" until the wholesaler picks, packs, ships, and invoices your order. Orders are invoiced overnight (typically around midnight).

If you submit an order after a wholesaler's cutoff time (see chart below for details), your order will be picked, packed, shipped, and invoiced the following business day.

Example:

• Secondary A's cutoff time is 5:00pm EST.
• You submit an order for Secondary A on Monday, 7/1 at 5:30pm EST.
• The order will ship out 7/2.
• Your order status will not be updated to "shipped" or "completed" until the morning of Wednesday, 7/3.
